About Us
With 15 years’ experience spanning startup FMCG manufacturing and large-scale public-sector organisations, Tom Stokes founded Invested Operations to give challenger brands the kind of operations and supply chain support that actually works in the real world.
A former UK Armed Forces officer turned in start-up ops leader, Tom knows the power of strong systems, clear processes, and agile thinking. He’s led operations in high-pressure startup environments, navigated crises, and built structures that allow small teams to perform at their best - without losing the flexibility to adapt when the unexpected happens.
